This is my favourite kimono at the moment. I found it at a used kimono shop. Its omeshi, and I think it was just 3,000 yen. But I love the blue diagonal stripes, so paid to have it washed, resized and sewn back together again, and that ended up being 50,000, so I paid a lot for it. However, it was worth it, because I really do like it.

今一番気に入っている着物です。中古品を扱うお店で見つけました。お召しで、確か3,000円だったと思います。一目で気に入って決めました。青い斜めの縞が気に入っていて、洗い張りと仕立て直しに出して生き返らせました。最終的に50,000円ほどかかってしまいましたが、本当に気に入っているので後悔はないですし、その価値はあると思っています。
