This furisode was bought from a kimono sale. It is white [and light blue] with a lot of colourful embroidered flowers and leaves on it. My daughter and my grand-daughter have worn it. My daughter wore it for her engagement ceremony. Then my grand-daughter wore it for her coming-of-age. I always say that when you wear a kimono, you wear memories. This is a kimono with a lot of memories.

この振袖は着物のセールで買いました。白い生地にたくさんの花と葉っぱが刺繍してあります。この振袖は娘が結納の時に着ましたし、孫が成人式の時にも着ました。いつも、着物を着る時は思い出を着る、と私は言うのですが、この着物には思い出がたくさんつまっています。
