I like the way the Japanese actress Manda Hisako looks in kimono. I was also influenced by my friend who is a yuzen dyer, and I had a kimono made by her. The dyer tried to encourage me to do tea ceremony, so I could wear kimono more, but in the end my daughter got very interested in kimono and tea ceremony, but I myself did not. I like to see people wearing kimono though.
