Many of my kimono collection come from the second-hand kimono stores, so their sizes are different. I would like to get the right sized kimono. But I realize this feeling comes from my experience of wearing various sized kimono. Wearing them was not a waste of time, I was learning something. In the future I would like to wear kimono that fit me, so I am learning how to sew kimono. I would like to try to alter the size of them. That is why I am learning kimono sewing.

リサイクル着物店で買った着物が多いので自分のサイズのものが欲しいです。色々なサイズの着物を工夫して着たことでその気持ちにたどり着いたので良い経験だったし無駄ではなかったと思います。お仕立てを習った腕を活かして、いつかはお直ししたいと思います。
