I started to wear kimono when I belonged to the tea ceremony club in university. I started to learn tea ceremony again recently so I could make some chances to wear kimono. When I leaned to dress myself and others in kimono, I noticed that my teachers add little finishing touches to the wearing of kimono. These little personal touches make the dressing so beautiful and tidy. I would like to master these tips. I came to enjoy watching people in kimono in period plays and also enka singers on TV. After I learnt kimono my viewpoint has changed and my vision is more focused and curious when I watch them. I love one actress in kimono and her photographic book. I adore her beauty in kimono even to the very end of her finger tips.

大学生の時に習った茶道がきっかけで着物を着始めました。最近また茶道のお稽古を始めたおかげで着物を着る機会が作れています。

２０１０年に通った着付け教室と最近習った着せ付けで感じたことですが、先生が手を加えると、同じ着る・着せるでも仕上がりや見栄えが違うので、そのコツを身に着けたいです。また、着方や着せ方を学ぶと、時代劇の登場人物の着物や袴の着方に目がいき、発見があったり違う見方ができるようになって楽しいです。同じくテレビで演歌歌手の着物も興味を持って見るようになりました。また、ある女優さんの着物姿の写真集が好きで良く眺めています。指先まで綺麗であんな着姿に憧れます。
